I was diagnosed as clinically obese when I was younger and know exactly what it takes to change your life. I am an ex Royal Marines commando, a CrossFit level one instructor and a qualified personal trainer.

If you’re recovering from injury or have fears based around exercise I seriously recommend Griff, not only will he put you at ease and make you laugh but he’s also seriously knowledgeable and inventive when it comes to adapting exercises. I have pins in both wrists and osteoporosis, if I can’t do something he can find me an exercise that works the same muscle groups that I can do. If you’re even so much as considering getting back into exercise/or even starting to exercise I’d really suggest just booking one session, I guarantee you’ll finish it and want to book more plus you’ll leave feeling good about yourself.
