I have been involved with fitness for around eight years, specialising in structures of training, evolving through different goals.
I have trained for aesthetics, lifestyle, strength, size and general training in my time as a Royal Marines Commando.
I train functional movements, some Olympic lifting, compound movements and high intensity workouts for group and one to one sessions.
I have a broad experience in most types of fitness and I understand what it takes to get you to each stage. No matter what your goal, be it strength, size, Olympic lifting, cardio or general fitness and wellbeing, I can help you on your journey.
I believe that fitness can 100% be enjoyable for everyone, we just need to find what type of fitness it is that you enjoy! Everyone is different, and everyone enjoys a slightly different variation of whatever fitness we do, so once we explore what is right for you, we can build a healthy relationship between ourselves and fitness leading us onto a better standard of living.
